  the places in the bay have zero, you have to go to oakland. and even then i have no idea, i go to sacramento. It's cheap there!

    Oakland's easy. Go downtown and hit up any beauty supply store.
    
    there's one right on broadway and telegraph.
    
    Or further down telegraph near Mama Buzz Cafe.
    
    Hair is reasonably priced, just like any where else, usually 2 packs of jumbo for 5.
